One of the most crucial steps in life-stabilization is securing stable employment. Our Employment Development Services program assists our residents during the job-search process after their initial day treatment. The EDS program focuses on training our residents in job-readiness and maintaining employment. The EDS program also helps our residents identify and achieve their long-term career goals.
Kristina is not a new face at CCI. Originally, Kristina worked with Support to Employment Project (STEP) at CCI in the early 90s. Her smiling face and eagerness to assist our residents is now one of our greatest assets. She brings over 20 years of employment and job readiness skills having worked as career services program manager for 11 years with Goodwill of North Georgia.
